After researching many other cosmetic firms, I was most impressed and happy to go with Watford. Dr Mark Solomos is a remarkable surgeon and I was very happy being under his care. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Shocking. Told us the wrong date at the consultation. Didnt call ahead of time as normal places to confirm with the customer that they are attending. Said we missed the appointment even though the nurse told us another date. Took the deposit, but after me calling serveral times they said the appoitment has now gone and the cant give another one unless we pay again!!! Person i spoke to over the phone was very blàse about the whole thing and not helpful at all. They can stick there £50 deposit. We will go and spend our money elsewhere.
